SpaSplash offers a high quality product and service. Goods are sold for delivery in the UK mainland, but shipping costs for other countries are available on request.

Returns Policy
Please check goods on arrival and notify us of any defects within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and rectify or replace defective parts. If a refund is required we will arrange a refund within 7 days of the goods being returned. Any unwanted items incur a 35% restocking charge. Goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at: www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2005/20050055.htm

Shipping and Handling
All goods are shipped using independent couriers and incurs a charge as detailed on our site.

Delivery Schedule
All our orders are despatched within 7 to 10 days providing goods are in stock. If goods are not in stock we will e-mail you and advise you on a delivery date if you prefer not to wait your order may be cancelled.
